Our Approach to Counseling

We believe that at any stage or age, all people have this in common: we have stories and are created for connection.  While life can be amazing and beautiful, there is a deep awareness and experience of brokenness and pain — in ourselves, our relationships, and the world around us.

We believe counseling is an opportunity to enter into your brokenness and to find meaning, redemption, and ultimately healing and wholeness.  This therapeutic process requires courage, authenticity, and a willingness to be vulnerable.

For many, faith and spirituality is an important component of life. If you desire, we can incorporate your faith journey into sessions, exploring how your faith can impact challenges and contribute to growth and healing. Our therapists are Christians, but are happy to work with all types of faith and spirituality, free of judgement or our own opinions.
